The Gyro Project, now open in Fort Lee, NJ is one of the best local Greek restaurants I have been to!
Whether you want to grab a greek treat to go, have a sit down meal with your friends or even run a small business meeting over lunch, The Gyro Project is the place to go!
Appetizers such as Grilled Haloumi with sour cherry preserve and Crispy Falafel with a side of greek goddess will have you coming back for more! You can order a gyro (pronounced Hero) pita or get it in a bowl. Most dishes are made to order! The Gyro Project is a BYOB establishment and hopefully they will be adding live music in the future. The music playing will transport you to the Greek Isles and you can also shop Greek delicacies and jewelry. Homemade preserves, raw greek honey and oregano as well as a sampling of beautiful, Mediterranean inspired jewelry are all for sale.
Prices are reasonable and portions are very generous! What better combination is there?
Conveniently located just over the GW Bridge on Lemoine Ave in historic Fort Lee, NJ:
"The GyroProject is a new elevated Greek fast-casual concept curated by Bergen County residents George Tenedios, founder of Manhattan’s most popular salad chain, Fresh&co, and Spiro Kokkosis, owner of several Times Square staples such as Majestic Deli, Premier Deli, and The Times Eatery." Danielle C.- Prana Marketing
The Gyro Project strives to bring the best of Greek street food, straight to your table! They are open Monday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm and are also taking catering orders on a regular basis.
Whether you order take out or dine in, you will have the most amazing, delicious Greek food around, served by wonderful staff who will make you want to "Opa your mouth!"
