Welcome to Zai’s Dessertery where Custom Orders are Baked with Love! My love for cooking and baking began when I was a child and to this day I love, enjoy and I’m very passionate about food, especially the ones that I create! It is always a pleasure for me to host parties at home and entertain my family and friends and they would always compliment me on my Entres and Desserts! My friends have always told me that I should one day open up my own bakery! Right now I bake from my home in New Jersey and plan to one day make Zai's Dessertery a bakery in town!
I always shop for and purchase the best quality ingredients for everything I bake..but Love is the key ingredient that makes all my Desserts Special and Unique!
I enjoy making French Macarons and some of the flavors are Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, White Chocolate Raspberry, Coffee, Tye Dye, Pistachio, Dulce de Leche and Mint Chocolate Chip! I make custom Birthday Cakes, French Macaron Cakes, Meringue Cakes, Battenberg Cakes and Specialty Dessert Cakes as well! Cupcakes for Birthdays, Holidays and Special Occasions are always fun to make!
I also love baking Pies and Tarts, Cookies and Bars and even Cheesecakes! Don’t forget French Pastries such as Eclairs and Cream Puffs...I make them too!
