LITTLE RHINOS™ is a fun introduction to beginner martial arts for preschoolers ages 3 to 5. Through drills, skills and games, this class teaches the moves, curriculum and protocol they need at the start of their journey towards black belt. Little Rhinos also learn important values like self-control, focus, confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, teamwork, manners, respect and attitude. Discover the fun for your little one today!
Basic Classes
These classes are for children ages 5-12 and 13-17 (Basic Teen). Core curriculum consists of kicking, blocking, forms, self-defense and fundamentals of martial arts. In every class, we implement our proprietary Character Education program. This interactive program is designed to provide students instruction to build character and leadership skills, along with tools to measure their progress and understanding. Teen curriculum adds real life defense, while focusing on the development of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular ability. Advanced Leadership Classes
Our Leadership classes excel our students on the road to black belt. These 60 minute classes advance your child’s character education with 24 monthly topics including individuality, friendship, self-reliance, self-control, goal setting, courage, and generosity. Entrance into program is by application only. In Leadership class, they begin to apply martial arts to their practice and sparring. Leadership students have committed to a program that has no class limitations, as training is more frequent, fast paced and rewarding.

"As a full time employee and a mother of two children, a 6 year old boy, and a daughter who is 17 years old, I found myself fighting a battle everyday that I was not winning.
One day I was alone in the car with my son and he said "mom, I want to do karate", I said OK....as weeks went on he kept mentioning it over and over again so that's when I spoke to my husband about him wanting to take karate. Aiden is a different child from where he was a year ago. He focuses, helps out a lot at home, doesn't argue with his sister, he wants to please people, and he even sets goals for himself.
As an example to a change that I saw with his teachers, that brought all of us TO TEARS LITERALLY, was when he celebrated his birthday in school and it was his turn to pick a friend to help hand out his cupcakes. We all thought that he would pick his best friend in class however we were ALL wrong. He picked a boy that none of us would have guessed. Later that day I asked Aiden, why did you pick that boy in class to be your helper? He said, mommy if I did not pick him, he would NEVER have a turn to be a helper and I wanted him to have a turn because nobody else would have picked him. That's when I took my son and gave him a huge hug and said I am SO proud of you!!
As a mother If I had just ignored my son and not enrolled him, I don't know how we could of worked through what we were going through.
